The Dr. Paul Rafalides School Spelling Bee! Congratulations to all the classroom winners from 3rd and 4th grade who competed! Congratulations to our School Champion, Kieran Ahmed, from room 8! He will compete in the Hudson County Bee in February.
The Kindergarten ESL students listened to the story “Snowmen At Night.” Then they constructed their own festive snowman and wrote what they would want their snowman to do at night. ❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️

A STEM program entitled Snapology paid us a visit. The students had an opportunity to build catapults out of Legos. They were super excited. It was a very fun and engaging activity.
In honor of Muslim Heritage Month, room 7 students created beautiful lanterns inspired by cultural traditions and symbolism. Through this activity, students learned about the importance of light, community, and celebration in Muslim cultures.
Students stood together in solidarity to show their appreciation for all skin colors. Through kindness, unity, and shared learning, we’re showing that our differences make us brighter and that every student deserves to feel seen, valued, and loved.
